Thanks for including my tune in with all this other gold! <3

Track selection and beatmatching are on point.

Sick mix!!!

Nice work!
Mine is sounding a little different to this, especially how I've used the piano.

I love the drums in this though. They have that trademark Quarl character to them.

Quarl responds:

Was listening to what I sent you then this, didn't even realize I used my "comfort chords" in such close proximity. I'm embarrassed, let me know if you want any more material to work with :')

Don't remaster it.

It's punchy af.

I really like this.

Those drums give me a really nice kick in the chest.

Sound design is ace, as per usual.

I think the vocal is maybe a little loud, but only the tiniest bit.

I really like the overall compressed sound. It suits the vibe of the track and makes the kick and snare absolutely thump.

Would love to do a collab at some point as you have lots of awesome ideas and I think we could make a pretty banging track.

Quarl responds:

lol, thank you Qshunt. sometimes you can't tell something is over compressed unless you immediately listen to someone else's track that is better mixed and mastered. If I listen to this, then skip over to something Demonicity is posting, there is clear loss of dynamic range on this track. It's a subtle nuance but once I know a track could be mixed better, it ruins the value of the track to me. If everything sounds nice and loud to you, maybe you have a good sound system that is letting you max the audio past what I intended? I can't set up my PA system because I'm currently sharing an office with my fiance, which means I can't mix and master bass music for big speakers and subs as it's intended :C

A good sound system will let you blast a quiet track but if you compare pro tracks to amateur tracks on say laptop speakers, headphones, or desktop monitors you'll notice that an over compressed track will sound quieter than the tracks it sits next to when pushed to 100% volume. There is a very fine nuance between a nicely mixed brick and an overcompressed brick. This track is a little too busy for it's own good, it's a poorly compressed brick but I'm happy people still like it.

I would gladly collaborate with you on something. I got plenty of time for a collaboration but I'm hitting a brick wall on a few tracks. Give me a day or two to whip up a few stems, zip up a sample folder. I'll send you a PM at some point, we can continue this conversation with some back and forth. Give me a minute :)

Your tunes are always impressive, Creo.

Top notch production and I absolutely LOVE the composition. The transitions are completely seamless and work beautifully.

Excellent tune.

This is pretty good.

I think you've gone a bit overkill with the reverb though.

At the moment it's kind of all smooshing together.
It's difficult to focus on a particular part as they're all kind of washing each other out a bit.

Otherwise, the track is good.
The sequencing and composition is great.

It's like Breakcore that's actually really effing good!

Awesome sound design.
I always love your drums and percussion sequencing/processing

That kick reminds me of some of the hardcore coming out of Rotterdam in the late 90's and early 2000s.

Filthy.

Nice uplifting dancefloor tune!

Great work guys!

Nice work Quarl.

Love the sporadic and haphazard soundscape. It's like all these separate parts that shouldn't technically work together, but you made them work well.

Sound design is great, as usual and the mixdown is lush.

The big tailed hall 'verb on the snare every now and again is a nice touch as was the sample at the end.

Quarl responds:

Decades of experimentation and bad habits have led to this fusion noise. Thank you for listening Qshunt :3

I've been listening to this on Soundcloud for ages without realizing it was you.

I don't need to explain why, as it's quite clearly a masterpiece.

A score of any less than five stars is a crime against humanity.

AeronMusic responds:

That kind of stuff happens to me too lol. Thank you for your super kind comment! :D

Funky! Nice work.

Incredibly interesting sound palette.

EezySeven responds:

Thanks! I always like to get a sense of variety in an individual song if I can.

I make electronic music. I especially love producing Drum and Bass music.
