Nice bit of Breakcore!

I like that hard hitting snare.
This has a Cooh or Current Value type of vibe which I dig.
I like that bass synth.
In the mix it sounds like someone playing a bass guitar and suits the track nicely.
The mixdown is excellent. It's nice and clean, maybe a little too clean for my tastes.
Something I often do to give the high end a bit of sizzle, is to add a saturator to my mastering chain.

I have it distorting at around 1kHz in an "Analog Clip" setting. It wants to be a warm fuzz, not a harsh scratch. Then I adjust wet/dry to taste.
This saturation also has the added benefit of allowing you to push your limiter a bit harder and inadvertently get some free loudness in the mix.
Anyway, really nice track!

Quarl responds:

I've never been told my mix was too clean. I suppose I should stop focusing on that.

Very nice track!
I have no constructive criticism to offer you :P

Alyxandr responds:

Thank you very much!! <3

Production is on point. Sounds professional as hell.

5/5 Following,

PaperSkies responds:

Thanks a lot QShunt <3

Nice assortment of ideas there! They're all good.

I just downloaded this, and will see if i can master it for you. Your mixdowns are all generally pretty good so there isn't really much to do imo, 13:38 is fucking excellent.

I'll send you the mp3 via dropbox in a couple of hours.

If you wouldn't mind checking out some of my other tracks and possibly leaving some feedback, it would be very much appreciated.
I'm going to go through your catalogue in a little while.

Nice work.

feandesign responds:

Thank you a lot dude!! I'll be sure to check out your other creations as well as the remaster.

Funky as f**k.
Production is on point, composition is great.
I don't have any constructive criticism to offer.
5/5

sleepFacingWest responds:

thank you for listening

Very nice!
Technically speaking, the composition is excellent.
from 0:50 to 1:30 the snare seems to get squished out of the mix. A minor gripe, it doesn't detract from the overall track.
Vocal work is excellent!
Nice work, 5/5

If you wouldn't mind checking out my new track and leaving me some feedback, it would be greatly appreciated!

TodukenMusic responds:

Thanks for your feedback :')

I'm not really a big fan of most dubstep. I'm more of a drum and bass/drumstep fan. That aside, this track is fucking excellent.
Quality production, excellent mixdown. i think a touch more high end on the snares, for a bit more of a snap...but this is just a minor nitpick. awesome work!
Check out some of my stuff if you have the time!

MessanyRecordings responds:

Thanks for the great feedback.
Will check you out :)

Reminds me of doc Scott/old school omni trio. This, of course, is a good thing. You've pulled off "that sound" exactly! Kudos! 5's all round!

AeroMusic responds:

woooooo! just the type of sound I was going for, thanks alot for the 5 mate - means alot from you

This is called "happy hardcore". Not bad, and if you were aiming for maximum cheese, congratulations! the kick drum is far too tame. needs to be a bit deeper. Overall production quality is quite good, if not a bit flat. It doesn't sound like you have used any EQ at all, and all levels are dead flat. You could maybe use a limiter on your master, and force everything to bounce of it slightly? That would give the track a bit more movement! but considering you threw it together in thirty minutes, decent effort! please check out my tunes!

Sequenced responds:

i used flanger on a lot of things to make it sound like a new guy making techno, haha. because that is what I use to do three years ago.

thanks for the review!

This has great potential. The drums bother me though. This would sound much better with more of a futurefunk styled drum sequence. Danny byrd styled glitched vox are nicely done. I'll download your track, and show you what i think the drums should sound like! 4/5 I've followed you on soundcloud. check my stuff and review, please. could do some collab. You have some nice tracks!

Morphixx responds:

Its ok not to like the drums :D None of my songs are perfect. I just liked them because they have an old school jungle feel to them. However, I could see it being done differently. I'll check out more of your tracks too later today. Ty for the honest review!

I make electronic music. I especially love producing Drum and Bass music.
